Your supplier offered you free shipping?? That’s great! Or is it?

Many suppliers offer free shipping, from small items to the big ones, as long as we see the FREE Shipping offer, we’re hooked. Free Shipping is a good thing because we can further cut the total cost of whatever item it is that we’re buying. However, what’s not so good about it is once your item reaches our country – and this is where most of the horror begins…

Remember that the supplier offered Free Shipping only, and that’s it. You might have forgotten that he/she did not offer to assist you in clearing your items here in Philippine Customs (because how can he even if he wanted to? You are the importer and the item is named after you and not him, therefore you have the responsibility to clear it or pay for its duties and taxes since it’s your item). From here I think you already have an idea on what I’m trying to say. This is the kind of situation wherein cutting cost will end up costing you more.

So why is it so? For example you purchased around 10 hoverboards (if you don’t know what it is then google is your friend :) ) and the supplier offered to ship it for FREE. Once it reaches Philippine Customs, you bear the hassle of processing its duties and taxes, plus some other stuff all by yourself. – This is of course considering that you got lucky and they did not ask you for an import permit which I would say is a totally different level of misery.

What good is a Free Shipping deal if at the end you’ll be paying more or equal the amount of your item plus all the arduous process you will go through?

Allow us to do the hard part so you can relax and do the easy part of shopping…

Now let’s move on as we put that “Free shipping” deal to good use while at the same time saving yourself on all the hassle of importation and some other horrors. First, let me get you acquainted on how our service works as it is very simple and straightforward.

China seller/supplier -> our China warehouse -> our Manila warehouse (wherein your item is clear of taxes & duties and ready for pickup)

OR

China seller/supplier -> our China warehouse -> our Manila warehouse (wherein your item is clear of taxes & duties and ready to be shipped to you via LBC/JRS/Air21/2Go, etc if you’re outside Metro Manila)

You can still avail of the Free Shipping deal from your supplier but this time, have them ship it to our China warehouse so later on you’re free from any horror or hassle (the very least) once the item reaches our country. Sure you will be paying for our service but I assure you that the amount you’ll be paying us is nothing compare to the hassle and amount of tax and duties they’ll be charging you for your item.

Contact us anytime and let us give you a price quote for whatever it is that you plan to purchase in China / Taiwan / Thailand.
